Annika Zee


Annika Zee is a multimedia artist and designer born and raised in Toronto.
She studied at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music in New York and is now studying printmaking and publications at OCAD University in Toronto.


Annika Zee's production style draws from a discerning palette of sound that melds the possibilities of real and digital instruments, incorporating elements of noise, experiment in sound design, and classic songwriting.
Zee’s work has been featured in i-D Magazine, The Fader, Wonderland, and more. Zee has scored music for Comedy Central’s show Broad City, Chan Zuckerberg, American Eagle, and Anna Sui. Zee released her fourth album Magnolia in November 2024 with Absurd Trax partially recorded in London, England with Will Smith at Jamie XX’s studio.
Zee is currently seeking work in textile design, film and TV scoring, and creative direction.
